We already brought you part one of the world’s most awkward modeling photos, so of course, now it’s time for part two! To recap what you’ve missed (if you haven’t checked out part one, you really should), these photos were taken for an advertising campaign associated with Turners Ltd., which was a company that sold camera equipment and worked in video production. You might think such a company would know how to create the picture perfect ad, but some of these are just plain weird. See for yourself below, and stay tuned for part three!
Number Fourteen: Gender-Bender. Is this a woman dressed in a man’s clothes, or just a really slender man? Whichever it is, that person looks terrified of the camera he/she is holding.
Number Thirteen: Party Time! Or Not. In no way whatsoever is this poor girl convincing. Is she about to pour champagne on herself or just drink it? From the look on her face, we’re guessing neither.
Number Twelve: Pervert Pooch. Everything about this photo is completely normal. Except, of course, the stuffed dog in the upper right hand corner that appears to be staring up this woman’s dress. Why? Just, why.
Number Eleven: Natural Country Gal. Chewing on straw is so sexy, don’t you think? It’s a shame this woman went to the trouble of wearing a cute outfit and full makeup, only to ruin the whole getup by chewing on grass. Whatever, we suppose it’s “authentic.”
Number Ten: Sheer Innocence. The last photo was easy to rationalize, but this one…not so much. It wouldn’t be so off-putting if the stuffed animal didn’t have beady little blue eyes that seem to stare into the depths of our souls. Shudder.
Number Nine: Lost Pants. Oh look, an adorable little camera! But wait, where are her pants? What is she wearing? Is that a swimsuit? So confused.
Number Eight: Oh, Shiny! The photographer said “look seductive, but also like a baby bird and try to look mildly interested in that corner over there.” And this is what he got, because of course.
