The popularity of this story stays in the news due to concerns from his fans as well as people who follow his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian.

Caitlyn Jenner comes in as number four on our list. The former Olympic gold medal winner has been keeping herself busy with promoting transgender issues all over the country. Caitlyn who was formerly known as Bruce Jenner documented her transition from male to female in front of the cameras.
