Taylor Swift to Release Bonus Songs from ‘1989’

Taylor Swift released a deluxe edition of her 1989 album, which was only available at Target. Now, the bonus songs from the deluxe album are available on iTunes. Consumers will be able to purchase the music from the Apple retailer, one song at a time. “So we decided to release the 1989 Deluxe bonus songs on @iTunesMusic! Tonight the first one, “Wonderland” is out. LIKE RIGHT NOW,” Swift wrote on Twitter. Now that “Wonderland” is available on iTunes, “You Are in Love” and “New Romantics” will be the next songs available for the consumers.

The country singer’s 1989 album has dominated the Billboard 200 Albums chart, and it has spent eleven non-consecutive weeks at the top of the charts. The new Billboard 200 chart will be available some time today. 1989 may have to bow down from the top spot, in order to make room for Drake‘s If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late album. 1989 is still expected to be in the Top 10 of the albums chart. Swift has also dominated the Billboard Hot 100, and three of her songs were in the Top 20 last week, including “Style,” “Blank Space,” and “Shake It Off.”

Swift appeared on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, and the two celebrities have been seeing a lot of each over the last few days. Swift and Fallon both appeared on Saturday Night Live‘s 40th Anniversary show. Fallon opened the show with a song and dance sketch with Justin Timberlake, and Swift played an actress in the sketch “Californians.” Later that night, SNL hosted an after party at the Plaza hotel in New York. A lot of celebrities attended the after party including Swift, Fallon, Beyoncé, Chris Rock, Paul McCartney, Prince, Dan Aykroyd, Jay-Z, and more. Swift performed “I Saw Her Standing There” alongside Fallon, Aykroyd, and Jim Belushi. The country singer even performed a rock rendition of her song “Shake It Off” with Paul McCartney.

Taylor Swift and her best friend, model Karlie Kloss, will share the cover of Vogue magazine for their March issue. In the issue, Swift and Kloss will discuss their friendship and the bond they’ve formed with Selena Gomez and the HAIM sisters. “We’re all in different jobs, but we’ve become strong friends who are there for each other – a sisterhood of girls, a support team,” Kloss said to Vogue magazine. Fans may also be surprised to read that Swift is taking a long break from dating, and she is only focused on her friendships, family, and music career. The HAIM sisters will join Taylor Swift for some dates on her 1989 World Tour
