The awards show will be produced by Dick Clark Productions, and it will take place in Las Vegas (NV) on May 17th. The awards show will broadcast live on ABC at 8pm (Eastern standard time). Ludacris and Chrissy Teigen will co-host the Billboard Music Awards this year. The performers for the 2015 awards show will be announced at a later date. The artists with the most Billboard Music Awards are Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, who have both won fifteen awards. Taylor Swift leads all artists with 14 nominations this year, some of which include Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Social Artist, and Top Streaming Artist. Trailing right behind Swift is Sam Smith (Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, and Top Hot 100 Song), who racked up thirteen nominations. The other top nominees for the night include Iggy Azalea (twelve nominations) and Meghan Trainor (nine nominations).
