Star Trek Concert Tour Will Launch Next Year

Star Trek: The Ultimate Voyage concert tour will travel to more than 100 cities in North America (US and Canada) in 2016. The tour will feature a live symphony orchestra performing music from Star Trek’s television show, movies, and video games. A 40-foot screen will be displayed during the tour, and it will play scenes from the Star Trek series. The concert is a joint venture between, and CineConcerts. “Star Trek has for many years been an important and meaningful part of our culture in so many ways. This exciting concert experience featuring the greatest music and visuals spanning five decades will be an extraordinary and memorable event,” CineConcerts co-founder Justin Freer said in a statement. Star Trek: The Ultimate Voyage will begin in Florida in January, and it will wrap in April 2016.
