Migos Concert Ends in Tragedy, Victims Stabbed

A Migos concert in New York on Friday night ended tragically. Six people were allegedly stabbed at the Washington Avenue Armony in Albany, TMZ confirms. When law enforcement arrived at the concert, they discovered two victims who were stabbed, and two more victims were found stabbed at the Emergency Room in New York. The police were called to a residence, where the last two victims were discovered. Along with the six victims, a woman reported that she was robbed and physically attacked inside of the bathroom during the concert. Some people from the Migos show posted videos online, which showed several people throwing trash cans and gates at the venue. TMZ reported that the victims who were stabbed did but suffer life-threatening injuries. The police have not arrested any suspects, but they are investigating the incidents.

Migos is expected to release their debut album, Y.R.N.: The Album, this year. Although they have yet to release an album, the rap group has become a huge force in the music industry. Their single “Versace” became a big hit in 2013, and it reached Number 99 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Number 31 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The success of the song was cemented when Drake contributed a verse on the remix version of “Versace.” Migos next big hit was “Fight Night,” which was dropped last year. The record peaked at Number 6 on the Hot Rap Songs chart, Number 17 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, and Number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100. Rapper Tyga was featured on the “Fight Night” remix version.
