After a very long time of waiting and intense speculation the most anticipated music video of the year is here and it does not disappoint.  After a quick preview on The Ellen Degeneres show, Michael Jackson‘s Love Never Felt So Good Music Video is released today to wild acclaim and massive social media buzz.  Not bad for a song originally written in 1983 by Jackson, Paul Anka and Kathy Wakefield.

The song is the main headline off of Jackson’s newest album Xscape, which hit stores yesterday.  As mentioned before, the album is a labor of love by Justin Timberlake and executive producer Timbaland who has overseen the major it of the posthumous album’s creation.

The video pays tribute to the King of Pop’s entire career with lifelong fan Justin Timberlake assisting Jackson with duet vocals.  While the heir apparent of pop sings and imitates his idols favorite moves, footage of Jackson dancing is intermixed with several other fans lip syncing the deliriously infectious song.  All in all, it serves as a fitting tribute to a man whose songs will continue to lip synced and danced to for many years to come.

And yet Michael Jackson till has one more trick waiting for his audience in his “performance” at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday at 8 P.M..  “This is Television History! Michael Jackson like you’ve never seen him before. You do not want to miss it!” the ABC network said in a release. “The Michael Jackson world premiere at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards follows in the footsteps — or dance steps! — of Michael’s most wonderful television moments.”

Check out the video here but make sure you clear out a large chunk of time.  One look and you’ll want to rematch all of Jackson’s classic video.
