Mariah Carey will perform at this year’s Billboard Music Awards show. The pop singer will more than likely perform her new single “Infinity. Although the song was just released last week, it is already impacting several music charts. “Infinity” is currently Number 27 on the UK R&B chart, and Number 79 on the UK Singles Sales chart. Carey has won fourteen Billboard Music Awards, making her one of the artists with the most Billboard awards. The pop singer trails Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, who lead all artists with fifteen Billboard awards.

The awards show will be held on May 17th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas (NV). The event will be co-hosted by Ludacris and Chrissy Teigen, and it will air on ABC at 8pm (Eastern standard time). Carey’s #1 To Infinity will be released on May 18th, and it will feature eighteen of the pop singer’s number one hit songs. Her single “Infinity” will also be on the upcoming project, along with “Vision of Love,” “Love Takes Time,” “Someday,” “I Don’t Wanna Cry,” “Emotions,” “I’ll Be There” (featuring Trey Lorenz), “Dreamlover,” “Hero,” “Fantasy” (Remix), “One Sweet Day” (featuring Boyz II Men), “Always Be My Baby,” “Honey,” “My All,” “Heartbreaker” (featuring Jay Z), “Thank God I Found You” (featuring Joe and 98 Degrees), “We Belong Together,” “Don’t Forget About Us,” and “Touch My Body.” The #1 To Infinity International version will include the songs “Endless Love” (with Luther Vandross), “Without You,” and “Against All Odds” (featuring Westlife).

The pop singer will launch her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace tomorrow night. Carey will perform her eighteen number one songs each night, as well as her other signature hit singles. The other scheduled dates for her residency include May 9th, 10th, 13th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 23rd, and 24th. The July dates include the 8th, 11th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 25th, and 26th.
