The students’ reward was a guest appearance by rapper ScHoolboy Q. “Keep working don’t listen to nobody if you believe in yourself. If plan A don’t work, work on another plan A,” the rapper told the students during his interview with Q92’s Johnny Doswell.
ScHoolboy Q also took this opportunity to encourage the students who were aspiring to be in the music business. “I see a lot more creativity. It’s a lot more rappers so a lot of good stuff gets overlooked. The bar keeps being pushed higher and higher,” the rapper stated. ScHoolboy Q posted several pictures on Instagram, detailing his time at Maritime Industries Academy. One of his photos featured the caption, “Had a great time with @GetSchooled and the students of Maritime Industries Academy in Baltimore today!
