For Ninna Mandin, her two French bulldogs were her pride and joys. Anyone she brought into her life had to have their seal of approval and understand that loving Ninna meant loving all three of them. Strange Injuries
Not long after becoming engaged to her fiancé, Ninna began to notices strange injuries on her dogs, Gucci and Victoria, as well as bruises. At first, she thought nothing of it; that is until the injuries began to show up more frequently.
A Plan is Hatched
Confused as to what could be causing the injuries and growing quickly suspicious, Ninna decided to set up a nanny cam in her home to monitor what was happening when she wasn’t around. She had to know what or who was hurting her precious babies.
The Camera’s in Place
One morning before going to work, Ninna discretely installed the camera. She told no one about the secret project, even keeping her fiance in the dark.
A Horrific Discovery
After recording for a couple days, Ninna decided to play back the footage. It was then she discovered the shocking and horrifying truth of what was happening to poor Gucci and Victoria. We have to admit this is hard for us to stomach.
An Evil Man
Watching the playback of the hidden camera video in disbelief, Ninna’s reality was shattered when it was revealed her fiancé was brutally abusing her dogs.
It Starts Innocently Enough
At first, the footage seems innocent enough. Her fiancé is sitting in front of the dogs and seems to be playing nicely with them. However, things quickly take a sickening and shocking turn.
A Horrible Attack
Ninna’s fiancé suddenly stands and grabs one of the poor dogs and violently shakes it. He then slams the poor animal into the ground with a brutal force. It happens so quick, it’s almost hard to believe what you just saw.
Terror in the Flesh
The poor puppy is then seen limping away, completely terrified of the man. To say that Ninna was infuriated would be an understatement. She immediately confronted her fiancé and ended the engagement. There was no way she could marry a monster that hurt the two most important things in her life.
The Social Media Storm
Not stopping there, Ninna took to social media and posted the horrible video as a way to publically shame her abusive ex-fiance, as well as raise awareness when it comes to animal abuse. She also started a petition in an effort to bring criminal charges against her ex.
Going Viral
The video and Ninna’s story went viral pretty quickly and the outraged spawn over 30,000 signatures on her petition. Ninna was not playing around and wanted justice for her babies. She also felt quite guilty for allowing the abuse to go on for so long, despite not being aware of it.
Hope for Justice
Thanks to the power of social media and the public outcry, the police are now officially investigating the situation. Ninna’s ex is planning to testify soon and hopefully will get the justice he deserves. Both Gucci and Victoria are definitely lucky to have such a protective and loving mom!
