We already brought you part one of our list of 15 things you probably did not know about Irina Shayk, and now we’re back with part two! Check out eight more fascinating facts about the Russian model and girlfriend of Bradley Cooper that you definitely (probably) did not know below. You might be surprised by what you find out!

Number Eight: She Made Her Acting Debut in 2014. You can find Shayk in the 2014 film Hercules alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Shayk played the role of Megara in the film.

Number Seven: She Wanted to Be a Journalist When She Was Younger. Shayk revealed in an interview that her childhood dream was to be a journalist. Now she’s the one journalists are writing about!

Number Six: She’d Rather Be in Sneakers Than Stilettos. Though there are many photos of Shayk wearing heels, the truth is that she prefers the more comfortable sneakers. And at 5’10”, she certainly doesn’t need any help with her height, either!

Number Five: She Would Marry Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Shayk has said that her favorite writer of all time is none other than fellow Russian Dostoevsky. She even said that she would “definitely” marry him if he were still alive!

Number Four: She Is Not a Boozehound. When asked if she prefers vodka or champagne, Shayk said she would rather have water! However, if she absolutely had to choose, she would pick vodka over the more bubbly champagne.

Number Three: She Lost Her Father as a Teenager. We mentioned in part one of this list that Shayk’s father was a miner, and when she was just 14 years old, her father died from complications related to pneumonia.

Number Two: She’s a Poet. It’s true! Shayk revealed that she sometimes writes poetry when the mood strikes her. Specifically, she likes to write funny poetry when she’s feeling sad.

Number One: She Gives Back. As of 2014, Shayk was the official ambassador for the Pomogi Charity, which is based out of Russia. The charity devotes itself to caring for sick and ailing children. We hope you enjoyed our list of 15 things you didn’t know about Irina Shayk!
