I Am Snow Angel – Crocodile

[jwplatform OEyKtrM8-Pqiywodl]

I Am Snow Angel’s video for “Crocodile” plays with light and subtle motions to highlight the cool movement of the song. The story begins with a blurry, bright white image of a man and a woman resting side by side in hospital beds. The quick flash makes way for a clip of a man with long hair and blood on his face walking outside. Other short clips from the hospital flash throughout, and contrast nicely with the darker outdoor setting. We then see a woman come out of her house and put headphones on. As the two walk separately to their destinations, everything moves in very slight slow motion. The effect makes the breezy weather look especially lovely as it brushes their hair and clothing. As soon as they cross paths, he turns and begins to follow her. Though the reason is not shown, we soon realize that they are the man and woman in the hospital bed. At the very end, he reaches over to take her wrist in his hand, and the video ends when she quickly opens her eyes and looks straight into the light.
