You probably know Harry Styles as a member of the boy band One Direction, or maybe you know him because of his famously admirable hair. Regardless, chances are you’ve heard his name. Despite the fact that Styles has spent a considerable part of his life in the public eye, there are still some things that many people don’t know about him. With that in mind, here we present our list of 15 things you probably didn’t know about Harry Styles. Check out part one below, and stay tuned for part two, coming soon!

Number Fifteen: He Wanted to Shave His Hair Off. But nobody will let him! Styles reportedly asked to shave his hair off, but his stylist would not allow it. He says that people have been pressuring him to keep his hair, despite the fact that he wants to chop it.

Number Fourteen: He Is a Mommy’s Boy. Styles’ mom has said that he called her up to five times a day, and when there is a time difference, he will texts her instead. She says, “He’s still my little boy.”

Number Thirteen: He Loves Chick Flicks. Styles has said that he is a big fan of The Notebook, Love Actually, and Titanic. Get in line, ladies!

Number Twelve: He Has Some Interesting Talents. It’s obvious that Styles has the voice of an angel, but he has several other useful talents too! Styles can both juggle and play the kazoo, although no word on whether he can do both at the same time or not.

Number Eleven: He Celebrated With a Mattress. Rather than go out to the bar and get wasted, Styles celebrated the success of One Direction’s debut album by purchasing a mattress. Responsibility goals?

Number Ten: He Has Some Nice Neighbors. Styles has a fancy house located in Primrose Hill, and he has some fancy neighbors to go along with it. Some of Styles’ neighbors include Nick Grimshaw, Daisy Lowe, and Henry Holland.

Number Nine: He Had Big Career Aspirations Before Becoming a Star. Before Styles hit it big with One Direction, he wanted to become a physiotherapist. He was studying law, sociology and business before auditioning for the X Factor.
