Last night, Ariana Grande debuted new music for fans at her first performance of The Honeymoon Tour, which took place in Independence, Missouri. The currently untitled track is produced by her Honeymoon Tour opener, Cashmere Cat, and it features Grande’s characteristic big vocals over an energized, bass heavy beat. The only recordings to have surfaced thus far make it difficult to make out the song’s lyrics, but fan responses have been generally positive.  It is unclear whether the duet is for Grande’s third studio album, the follow-up to her 2014 My Everything, or if it is for a Cashmere Cat release. In January, Grande posted to her social media to let fans know that she would be in the studio with the Norwegian producer. The two have worked together before in the past, most recently when Cashmere Cat produced a track on My Everything.

Recently, Grande performed a career retrospective during the NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show. She is currently promoting the release of My Everything’s newest single, “One Last Time,” which she has performed during the retrospective and at an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The song has been supported with a music video that features the star running through an apocalyptic world with her lover, played by her old Victorious co-star Matt Bennett. My Everything peaked at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2014, and it spawned several huge hits for Grande including the lead single and collaboration with Iggy Azalea, “Problem.” Following “Problem’s” success, Grande released “Break Free” and “Love Me Harder,” both of which also performed well on radio.

Cashmere Cat has produced music for the likes of Charli XCX and Tinashe, recently working with the duo on “Drop That Kitty,” their collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign. He is also credited on “Wolves,” Kanye West’s new track which features appearances by Sia and Vic Mensa. The musician released his latest EP, Wedding Bells, Luck Me, in 2014. Currently, he and English boy band Rixton are opening the North American leg of Grande’s The Honeymoon Tour. The tour is set to run through April 16 in North America before heading across the globe for a European leg in May and June of 2015.

FDRMX Eyes: Devils Paradise has released their music video for “S.O.I.M.” Devils Paradise is a five-piece alternative band from Brazil.
